Ready To Record

When I get a cold, I get a Man Cold.  I don’t know why, but a common cold virus has the ability to take me down for weeks, and that’s what recently happened to me.  I got a cold that took me down for three weeks.  According to the Doctor, my cough actually caused swollen vocal chords.  The result… I sounded a bit like Darth Vader.

I apologize to everyone who called looking for work during the past few weeks, but I am happy to report that I am now back up and operational.  Let me know if you’ve got recording you need done.  Contact me here.

The Marc Scott Experience

When I’m not doing voiceovers or fighting fires or watching NASCAR on my couch, I’m working on the radio. The Marc Scott Experience is the name of my blog that follows along daily with my life and my show. You’ll find a little bit of everything there. Life stuff, show stuff, goofy stuff, inexplainable stuff. I share it all.

Because every day is an experience! 😉

February Roundup

Interestingly enough… February was a near carbon copy of January.

The month was filled with several more projects for Nikon, Action Training Systems and World Vision’s Girls Night Out / Couples Night Out.  Those projects kept me busy from the 1st to the 28th.

If you’re looking for a voice for your next project let me know!  Click here to contact me.

January Roundup

January started off a little slow, but ended up being a very productive month.  I did 3 new training videos for Action Training Systems.  These videos are part of a series for Industrial Firefighting.  It’s a great fit since I am a Volunteer Firefighter on the side!  Learn more about Action Training at

In addition to that I’ve kept busy with a number of projects for Girls Night Out and Couples Night Out.  This included multiple radio and TV spots as well as host reels that play during the actual events.  You can find them online at and

I’ve also started working on a new series of product videos for Nikon.  More specifically for their Coolpix camera line.  These are videos that are used to promote new cameras.  I’ve done several of these videos in the past and they are featured at

Now that January is behind me, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that February is just as busy.  If you’re looking for a voice for your next project let me know!  Click here to contact me.

New Site has undergone some significant changes.  You will find a much more user friendly site with full search capability.  It will also be easier for me to feature all the projects I work on, along with audio samples from each one.  This will give you a better idea of my experience, and a chance to hear many samples of my work.

Thanks for dropping by the site.  I hope I’ll have the chance to work with you.
