Sister Act 2 is one of my favourite movies. Don’t judge. Not only is it funny, but the soundtrack is awesome. Can I get a little love for Hi-Five? You know you remember them. And if you don’t, you’re googling them right now! (click this)
I digress.
For some reason, at 1:27am, as I’m preparing to shut down for the night and get some sleep, Sister Act 2 has just randomly popped into my head. Actually, a specific scene from the movie popped into my head. My brain works funny like that sometimes.
Sister Mary Clarence meets Rita, one of her students, walking down the street. While on the street corner, she imparts a little wisdom which, in my opinion, is some great inspiration and encouragement for us all.

I check for audition opportunities and emails from clients before I actually even roll out of bed in the morning; I love my iPad! Many mornings, I’m recording auditions before I even take time to get in the shower. I’m that excited to get started with my day.
So, I ask you, when you wake up in the morning, what is it that you think about first? If it’s voice over, then stick with it. You’re doing exactly what you should be!
