Non-Discloure

I’ve done two jobs in the past week that required a non-disclosure agreement. Clients often ask me if I’m willing to sign one of these. The answer is, obviously, yes.

I am the voice. The project is yours. If you need to keep your project or product private, then of course I am willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement. I like to post my projects on this web site or on my YouTube channel for demo and promotional purposes, but I will respect any non-disclosure or confidentiality clauses you may require.

One of the jobs I completed this past week was for a product that hasn’t been released to the public yet. It’s still being pitched to certain parties that are necessary to the process before the product can be released. I was asked to voice the pitch video that talks about the product and explains how it works. I signed a non-disclosure agreement to protect the product.

The other project was a video I voiced for a special limited time offer that was only made available to certain people. Posting the audio for demo purposes would have made this deal public knowledge, when it wasn’t something that was available to everyone. Again, I will always respect the confidentiality requirements of any project I voice.

If you’ve been holding off on booking a voiceover for this reason, let’s talk. I’d love to help you make your project a success and will keep it “top secret” for as long as you need.
