To QR Or Not To QR

A couple weeks ago I started redesigning my business cards and postcards. I made a new logo for myself a few months ago, but just never got around to updating some of my promotional material. Truth is, I was having a hard time accepting that I’d have to toss the stock I still had left.

In the end, the desire for brand consistency won out. I redesigned everything. Continue reading To QR Or Not To QR

* This post is part 3 in a a series. You can read post 1 here and post 2 here. *

The conversation went something like this: “Does a car salesman post a tweet or Facebook update each time he sells a car? Does a doctor tweet each time he completes a surgery? Push The Red Button

I watch Discovery.

I watch History.

I watch A&E.

I watch baseball in HD.

How can I get this TNT channel on my cable package?

I wonder if they’ll need a Male Voice Talent for their network? I know a guy!

I’ve been spending a lot of time in the past few weeks working on marketing and promoting myself as a Voice Talent. It’s something I’ve always shied away from a bit. I guess I just used to think that it was arrogant of me to be promoting myself everywhere.

Now I know better.

I have a service that I offer and there is value in that service. If I want to offer that service to you, I need to make you aware of it. My hope then, is that my service will add value to your service. A mutually beneficial end result.

I could learn a thing or two from the trailer you just watched.

Push The Red Button - Male Voice Talent - Marc Scott

So go ahead… push the red button. Together we can make something happen.
