Yesterday I went to Canada’s Wonderland. It’s changed a lot since I was there last. It’s no longer owned by Paramount, which means all the connections to movies and cartoons owned by Paramount have now been removed. What I didn’t realize at first is that Cedar Fair, the new owners, have a connection to a cartoon of their own. The Peanuts gang is everywhere at Wonderland.
This next voice may not have had a profound impact on your Saturday Morning Cartoons as a child, but it definitely was present for all the major holidays of your childhood. Actually, it likely still is!
Can you even imagine your Christmas or Halloween or Thanksgiving without Snoopy? I don’t know about you, but I’d rather not. So this morning we remember the voice of Bill Melendez.
