Peanut Butter Snowballs

peanut butter snowballsOk. This has absolutely nothing to do with voice over. For this, I ask your forgiveness. That said, if you actually take the time to try making this very simple treat, you’ll not only understand why I posted this recipe.. but I expect you’ll thank me for it. 🙂

Besides, the fact that I spent the night making a couple batches of these is the reason why I didn’t have time to write a regular blog post. I guess this is just my way of sharing!

Oh, and peanut butter is supposed to be good for your voice. Right?

Shopping List

3/4 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup Graham Crumbs
1 pkg. (8 squares) Baker’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

How To

Start by mixing the peanut butter and butter, just until they’re blended. Then add the sugar and graham crumbs. Mix this well.

I use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture. You’ll want enough to shape 1 inch balls.

Once you’ve got all the balls shaped, melt the bakers chocolate. Then dip the balls in the chocolate one at a time and place on a cookie sheet covered with waxed paper.

Place the trays in the fridge for about an hour and you’re good to go.

Parting Wisdom

These things are so stinking good you’re going to probably want to make two batches… I did!
