Looking Forward To Monday

garfield mondayMonday.

Unquestionably, the most hated day of the week.

Monday Stats

Statistically speaking, it doesn’t offer much good news either. Monday is the most common day to get fired. Monday is the most common day for heart attacks. Spend five minutes on Twitter on Monday morning, and you’ll quickly see just how much Monday is loathed by the masses.

People love the weekend. They love the freedom that it offers. Kick back. Relax. Have fun. Monday means it’s over. Back to life. Back to work. Back to reality.

But does Monday have to be so awful?

Excited For A New Week

I love what I do. I consider it a privilege to be an entrepreneur. I get to work from home, work with amazing clients, and do what I love for a living. I’m a full time professional voice talent. I never dread Monday because it brings me nothing but exciting new opportunities!

So to answer Jan’s question, it’s not weird at all! I’m excited for the new week too!

QUESTION: Do you dread Monday? Or does it just restart your countdown to Friday?
