Having A Bad Day?

Some days are better than others, aren’t they?

Or maybe some weeks better than others?

Or maybe some months better than others?

We’ve all been there. In the struggle. Maybe it’s in your business. Maybe it’s in your personal life. Maybe it’s a relationship.

You’ve got dreams. Goals. Plans. Desires. Hopes.

Sometimes you take a step two forward. Make progress. Gain momentum.

Other times, you find yourself taking a step or two or five back.

In sets discouragement.

Discouragement sucks. Don’t let yourself give into discouragement.

I’ve been challenged a lot lately by a particular verse in the Bible.

I don’t mean to turn this into a sermon. But if you’re in the storm and you’re looking for that break in the clouds, allow me to share with you what works for me.

“Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances.” 1 Thes 5:16-18

You don’t have to be religious to choose joy over sorrow.

You don’t have to be religious to choose to be thankful for the blessings you have.

You don’t even have to be religious to pray.

Having a bad day? Give it a shot. You might be surprised with the results.
